Too Small
" I read reviews that these shoes run small, but some also said it was perfect. So I tried the same size I always get for running shoes - 6. As soon as I looked at the shoes there was no way I'd keep it. They do run small. I returned it and got a 6.5. Still too small - and I tried it with thin socks in the evening. Very cute shoes, but people really need to order one size up. This will be going back.

" Just got the boots - thanks DSW for the fast shipping. These are really cute. If you plan on wearing thick socks order a size up. Otherwise, order half size up as they run pretty small. The bottom of the boots are made with non-slip materials. However, the heel is not so be careful. I did slip while walking around the house - we have tile floors. The wide calf fit pretty good if just wearing leggings - won't be able to wear with jeans with the ones I got (which is only a half size up). Maybe if I ordered a size up? Definitely a keeper.

Straps not same length
" I really like these shoes. Unfortunately, the strap on the right shoe is bigger than the one on the left. Will have to return. Hopefully they'll have another one at the store of the same size - with straps having the same lengths.

Just blah...
" Doesn't look and feel like real leather. It fits tight on my calves even after adjusting the buckles. These should be 14" on the calves and I have 13" calves and still too tight. Will have to go back.
