"These rain boots looked durable but lasted barely over a year before splitting down the back of the heel. Despite not holding up well, they feel heavy and rubbery, and before breaking, caused arch pain by pressing down on the top of my foot and absolutely tore up the back of my heels. They fit fine and feel comfortable when sitting or standing, but if you walk around outside a lot, these boots are not a good buy."

Good versitile fall boot
"I'm pretty picky when it comes to riding boots, and generally prefer those with a heel because I hve trouble finding flat riding boots that aren't too bunch in the ankle. These fit the bill, more or less, and the side zipper helps with this. They run TTS, maybe slightly small -- I'm usually an 8.5, and the 8.5 fits fine but I can only wear very thin socks with these. The pointed toe makes these slightly narrow/tight on the toes, which irritates the outside of my pinky toes when I walk a lot in them. I also find that the ankle, while not too bunchy, sometimes folds inward while walking and digs into my leg just above the ankle. Not much cushioning or any arch support, but I find that pretty standard in riding boots. I'm pretty happy with these boots, and they are good leather quality. The burgundy color is PERFECT - not too vibrant, close to a dark brown, but distinct enough that I can wear these with brown, black, and tan."
