Mostly the style I was looking for
" I was really having a problem to find booties which did not gape at the ankle. Although I do not care for the ties in the back, these booties have a very close-in profile and conform nicely to the top of the foot and ankle. They could definitely have a little more padding inside but actually have more support than other booties I have tried. I have yet to wear them out. I purchased the protectant spray to help keep them clean.

Nicer in Picture
" I really wanted to like these. Have been looking for a cute, comfortable pair for awhile now. These were not only hard on the insoles but also gapped a lot at top of foot and ankle. I wanted a pair that hugged in closer which was how the picture looked to me.

Wanted to like
" I really wanted to like this bootie. I've been looking for the right black pair for the longest time. I did like that this boot was a little on the narrow side, so the foot does not look too big and also liked that the circumference around the top of the boot was not too wide. There was not a huge gaping above the ankle. My main disappointment with this shoe was comfort. There was virtually no arch support at all. I found this rather strange with Franco Sarto, which is usually not the case.

Disappointed
" I was really excited to get these booties, but was disappointed by the appearance and also somewhat by the fit. First, they looked on the cheap side due to the material they are made of. I am aware they are a waterproof fabric, but it really lessened the appeal of the bootie. The fit was also a little strange- a tad small but not so much to need a bigger size and the part that goes over the top of the foot could have been cut a little closer. It was a little too roomy there for my taste.

These are very nice booties
" Wow... These were probably the most comfortable booties I had tried on so far. They were unfortunately a little too dressy since I wanted to wear with jeans. Also, the buckle looked a little too "puritan". Otherwise, they are very nice and high quality.

Can't go wrong
" Bought these for my daughter- all of my kids wear these. They run large, so you need to size down about 1/2 - 1 size. There is not much support or padding inside the shoe so I would not wear for long walks but they are very fashionable. All my kids looks great in them with jeans, leggings and yes- even dresses at times.
