Surprised they looked so good

" I really liked these in the yellow stripe more than I thought I would. I just didn't like the chunky heel once I put them on. Its great for added stability but like a previous reviewer said, they didnt make my legs look longer. I also wished the material didn't feel like it was going to get dirty already. I kept checking if it was dusty or just an off-white color. The pointyness at the front also looked odd to me-like they were leaning towards being elf shoes. If you like the look go for it they are REALLLY comfortable "

Looked better online

" I was really disappointed when I received these in black. I really liked them when I saw them online & couldn’t wait to get them, but as soon as I took them out of the box I did not love the look. The shaft is too wide & looks like it belongs around the ankle, but hits just above. It even would have looked better if the shaft was a little taller. This shape oddly makes my feet & ankles look out of proportion. It also feels like there should be a bit more padding or maybe a small platform under the toe area, I felt like my toes were on the floor. Also the detail around the laces stands out more than I would have liked. I didn’t think it was to prominent looking at it online, but it really does seem more like the front of work boots than a shoe. I’m sad but I’m returning them. "
