Pretty with an Edge
" I absolutely love these boots! I've only had a chance to wear them once but they are very comfortable. I've received compliments from ladies as well as men. I think it was an ingenious idea to add the flannel detail to give the boots a bit of an edge but also have the option of hiding this detail by unfolding the quilted portion. It's like having two looks in one shoe. The quilted detail definitely makes it a prettier, more feminine combat boot.

A Beautiful Disappointment
" When I first saw this shoe, it was love at first sight. I had been looking for a nude heel in a classic silhouette and this shoe seemed to be the answer. My size was not available in the store and I decided to purchase it online. Luckily I chose the in-store pickup option. When I tried on the shoe, the strap across the toe area was so unforgiving. I struggled with the ankle strap as well because it is shorter than it seems. I tried the shoe in a full size larger but the same problem existed. Because it's so lovely to look at, I rated it a little higher. This experience has made me a little hesitant to try another Sam Edelman shoe.

Classic meets Sexy
" Every woman definitely needs a black pump for their shoe collection and Steve Madden has found a way to add a bit of sexiness to the classic pump. I've received many compliments on this shoe and I tend to strut more than usual when I wear them. It did fit a little tight in the front but a salesperson stated that it would stretch because it's made of leather. I'll continue wearing them in hopes that it will become a little more comfortable because I would love to purchase it in another color.
