Comfort that won't last

" I bought a second pair of these figuring maybe a manufacturing defect had occured with the first pair. The second pair, just like the first, had the left heel come undone/fail. I haven't been at this job more than 3 months, and I bought the first pair just before starting it, but they have both failed me. It's too bad because it is a comfortable casual shoe, but it doesn't last. I don't do any extreme amount of activity or walk on harsh surfaces with them that it could have been normal wear and tear. It's too bad because I had hoped that I found my go to footwear to purchase enough to swap for a different pair each day.
