Finally, I can wear boots!
" I'm just so excited to find a wide calf boot I can wear and that is still my style. The hardware gives it just enough personality and the low heel means I can wear it teaching and not regret it at the end of the day. The top is almost a little too wide, but throw some nice boot socks on and it totally works. I ordered this boot a size and half larger than usual because I needed a Wide (which they don't have) and I wanted room for socks. The size that was my regular was tight across the widest part of the foot by the toes, so the sales associate suggested that bigger would be okay because of socks. She was right and I love them. It's a personal triumph to be able to wear boots because of my muscular calves. Usually, wide calf still wasn't wide enough. Ladies with "my calf is too big for those adorable boots" problems, try this pair!

Amazing & Life Changing!
" I have to say, these shoes are life-changing and I mean that sincerely. I'm a teacher, so I'm on my feet all day. Even when I wear good shoes, my feet and legs get swollen and are still achy, even up into my hips and back sometimes. I found these by chance when back-to-school shopping. They look delicate and feminine, but still cool and kind of futuristic with the silver detailing. The styling is so versatile that they function like an athletic, but look close enough to professional to pass, especially in the black. The heel also gives just a bit of lift in height for us shorties without making me feel like I'm going to tip over. When I put them on, they fit like a second skin. When we had flooding the second week of school, I was worried because I had to get to my car through ankle deep water. Once I got back to dry land, I could actually feel the fabric wicking the moisture away from my toes and evaporating it. They are so lightweight, it's like being barefoot. Even my family commented when I came home the first day I wore them that I bounced up the steps. That's because my feet and legs felt like I had just rolled out of bed, like I hadn't been standing for five minutes, let alone all day. The cushioning gives you a little bounce and the rubber is just beyond comfy. They are true to fit and stretchy, but not too much. I was surprised that they're washable and I believe they have anti-microbial properties as well. I've already ordered a second pair in both black and denim; they came today! I really don't mean to gush, but these make me want to cry for joy for finally finding the perfect pair of shoes that looks sweet but doesn't drain me and instead supports and protects me. They are just simply beyond comfortable. I don't think I'll ever wear a different shoe again unless its a special occasion. Thank you DSW for saving my feet (and ankles, legs, hips, and back)!

Love it!
" One of my colleagues swears by Minnetonka so I decided to give them a try. I love these! They are so comfortable. They did take a little breaking in, but I wore them for several days at a conference that required a lot of walking from session to session, outdoors, up and down hill, and lots of stairs. They held up beautifully and I my feet felt great at the end of the day. The foot bed, especially at the heel, has great give and cushioning, the heel bed actually bounces back a little. As a teacher, I need shoes that are comfortable and can endure a long day. I now quite emphatically agree with my colleague and swear by Minnetonka. I'm getting more pairs in different colors. I was surprised that I needed a 10, I'm normally an 8 1/2, so check the sizes carefully and try them on before you buy. I'll never need another sandal again!
