" The leather is soft and pliable, with just a slight heel, so they're very comfortable. They do run small. I'm an 8 1/2 W, so I bought a 9 M. Width is fine after wearing in the leather for a few minutes, but my toes are at the very end. The straps look cute on the ankle and also mean the shoes stay firmly in place when walking. I'm looking forward to wearing these to work.

My perfect wedding shoes

" Elegant, fun, beautiful, and comfortable. I ordered a 9, since I wear an 8.5 wide, and they fit perfectly. Other reviewers are right that getting into them is a bit awkward, but it's worth it to have them stay comfortably and securely on my feet. I needed height, and these certainly have it, yet they feel light on my feet without being insubstantial. They are the most beautiful shoes I've ever owned.
