Heavy Duty
" Wow! These boots are awesome! They're heavy and perfect for cold weather and snow but also stylish and so cute in the purple color! I loved these boots except for one thing.. they are so incredibly difficult to get on (and off)! There's a band around the ankle-which in theory is wonderful to keep snow out from coming in and soaking your socks & feet- that makes it impossible to get your foot in. I loosened the laces to the point of coming undone for the top two grommets and it was still difficult to get my foot in, and this was while in bare feet, I can't imagine what it would be like with socks. Once I finally got them on, they were comfortable and fit will in the foot. If I did more outside in the winter & snow I would keep these for the quality and warmth, however for my use its not worth keeping them when it would take so long to put them on and pull off each time.

Disappointed
" I was so excited to get these and they looked great coming out of the box. Can't say I feel the same after trying them on, sadly. The ankle strap is incredibly short and barely fits even on the loosest setting. It closes but feels like one step too big might snap the strap all together. The white leather looked a bit cheap, I thought, but when I walked to the next room to look at them in the mirror they looked pretty good ad I considered keeping them anyway, but when I went to take them off the liner at the toe started to come out with my foot! These are going back.

Boyfriend loves them!
" Bought these for my boyfriends birthday a few weeks ago. He wears slippers around the house 24/7 and his other ones were well worn. He was so happy with these slippers and really likes the soft lining inside. He says they're comfortable and he rarely takes them off!

Super cute but kind of loud
" I was hesitant about this boot because I wasn't sure I would like the motorcycle type boot. I took a chance and I'm glad I did.. they're super stylish and look more expensive than I paid (I got them on clearance for $30) The detail on the front gives the boot a softer look which is great. I didn't give 5 star for two reasons: First, the heel is kind of loud as you walk, it "clicks" like a high heel almost. Second, the area around your ankle is a bit stiff, making it a little uncomfortable as you slip your foot in / your foot moves in it while you walk. I've only worn them twice so far though, so that may get better as I break them in.

Perfect for work
" This is the second pair of Cliff's I've bought for work. I can be on my feet for up to 10 hours a day and I don't have the aching I used to get with other shoes. They're even cute, which is hard to come by with comfortable shoes. Very well made, great quality for the price! I'll keep buying these for sure.

Cheap & Not wide calf
" As soon as I opened the box I knew these weren't what I was looking for. They are that awkward amount of shiny that seems cheap just by looking at it and the feel confirms it. I ordered these with the wide calf and they didn't even zip up half way. I've ordered wide calf multiple times from DSW and had no problem with any other boots but these. They're going back to the store ASAP

Disappointed
" I was really looking for a nice winter boot and hoped I found it in this one. Wore them for the first time the other day and while my feet were kept dry, my feet were cold - especially my toes! The thinsulate lining is just that - THIN! - and when I took my foot out the bottom lining pulled up with it. Looking into returning these as they won't be of much use for a Buffalo winter!

Love love LOVE these boots!
" I got these in brown to replace the last brown wide calf boots I ordered from DSW after loving them to death. These boots are awesome, I'm so glad I ordered them! They fit perfectly, though the straps around the ankle make that area a bit snug as you get your foot in but no big deal really. I've got large calves and not only do these fit over them, but they aren't tight either and give the appearance that my legs are smaller! The price makes this a total win, too!

" I love these shoes! I had been waiting a while to get them and am glad I finally had some reward certificates saved up to buy them. The shoes are comfortable and super cute! I love the leopard detail - it's just enough to be catchy but not enough where it limits what you can wear them with. Before ordering them I read other reviews and am really glad I ordered half a size down because they fit perfectly now. I'll definitely be getting a lot of use out of these!

" That's exactly what I felt like once I put these on. They have a terribly cheap look & feel. I checked the size of the leg to make sure they'd fit my calves before ordering them, but they felt very tight and would have been impossible to wear them with jeans. Returned these boots right away!

Perfect Boot
" I've been looking for a nice brown boot in this style that would fit my calves for soo long! I couldn't believe I found these babies in clearance and scooped them up immediately. They fit great on larger calves and they don't look as obvious as some of the other "wide calf" boots do. They're so comfortable, I wear them all the time.

Great neutral shoe
" I bought these in the grey color (on clearance!) and I love them. I was so happy they fit, I didn't notice until I got home that they're a half size smaller than I typically wear, so they must be sized a little larger than normal. Very light grey, will probably work with just about any outfit.
