"These shoes are so comfy that I bought 2 pair. However, the cork in the toe area isn't actually cork, but a thin layer of plastic material. Once it comes off, there's a white grid pattern that doesn't look attractive. As a result, I'm afraid to really clean the shoe and now they smell. Can't clean them, can't wear them so I will sadly have to get rid of them. I recommend with the caveat that you'll probably have to get rid of them after a season."
"These shoes are ok, but in the places where the strap is connected to the shoe, it was rubbing against my bone, which was painful. Perhaps they need to be broken in first. I wore footsies so the shoe wasn't rubbing directly on my foot."
"These gladiator shoes look great and were comfy at first, but as I was walking around downtown, the straps kept rubbing against my feet. I ended up with blisters on my feet where the leather kept rubbing against my skin. To top it off, I hit the top part of the shoe on the sidewalk and now it's starting to tear. (My first time wearing the shoe.) Already wore these outside so can't return it..."
