So disappointed
" I ordered this shoe in the color Cognac! Online it was this gorgeous mustard color, but when I received the shoe, it was a very dull and boring bone/neutral color! I thought maybe it was just a mistake, that they had sent the wrong color. Turns out it wasn't. The only colors this shoe comes in are black and ivory (I believe that's what the color on the box said). I'm not sure why DSW lists these shoes as Cognac, when they don't even exist in that color. They only exist in black and a very pale neutral/bone color. Disappointed! I should have snapped a picture before I returned them. Sorry!

So Cute.....but so uncomfortable
" I was so excited to receive these in the mail but completely disappointed once I put them on. The cuff at the top of the shoe severely cuts into the top of the foot. I normally wear very high heels and am used to a bit of pain, but these were so uncomfortable I was unable to wear them for longer than 2 or 3 minutes! (PS - I have an average 6.5 sized foot. Not too skinny and no cankles!)
