Ours won't be a long-term relationship
" Oh, Not Rated Oxford Drumroll Flat, my love for you will certainly last longer than you will. These feel pretty cheap and I am sure they'll fall apart before too long. The soles are super thin and there's no cushioning or support to speak of. That said, I don't care. These are adorable. Perhaps that makes our relationship shallow, based on looks rather than something that'll last... But I will revel in our short days together, because, LOOK AT THEM.
Also surprised by the reviews that say these run long--I'm a size 10 and my toe is RIGHT at the end of these.

Curse you, fabric-soled shoes
" Was considering breaking my no-fabric-soles rule for this pair, but they do run short--I'm a ten and my big toes are a bit crunched in these. I bought two pairs, the yellow and the black, and the yellow is less vibrant in person, more mustard than marigold. The material of the black shoes was softer and more velvety, where the yellow was rougher.
Also, what gives with fabric-bottomed shoes? They make you slide around on hard floors if you keep 'em, and if you return 'em, you look like a crazy cat lady because pet hair is NOT coming off of those suckers. (Not that I'm speaking from experience.) I'd recommend these to a friend, if she had smaller feet and wasn't afraid to skate on tiled floors...

Breaking in required
" I love the minimalist/menswear vibe of this shoe, but it is lacking in the comfort factor. It does have a slightly cushioned footbed, which is nice, but no arch support. The deal-breaker for me was the rigidity of the seam around the top, which made the shoe cut into the top of my foot with each step I took. I'm not confident about my odds of breaking them in enough to be really comfortable, so to me, they aren't worth the price.

Don't get them in beige
" My search for a pair of nude flats continues. I thought from the picture that these would fit the bill: the picture makes it look like they've got a decent toe box, and other reviewers felt they were TTS. Not my experience with these shoes! They ran a bit short for me (size 10), probably because of the bad toe box. Also, the "lace" effect on the leather is very strange in person. Maybe it would've been better in a different color, but I didn't find the lace to be as obvious as pictured, it just looked kind of strange and mottled. I was surprised since this is supposed to be such a foot-friendly brand.

So cute, but run short
" I love the look of these shoes--the black stripe up the back is adorable! Unfortunately, as often happens, the size 10 ran a bit short. The length of the shoe seemed okay but my big toe was pressed up against the front of the shoe, which is a deal-breaker for me. An 11 would probably slop off of my foot. (Ah, that elusive 10.5...) I also found that the slightly padded arch wasn't appropriately placed, it was a little too far back, but maybe that's just my foot.
I did like the small amount of lift to the shoe--not completely flat, so if it had fit I bet it would've been more comfy than your average ballet flat. Alas, back they go.

Bummer
" These were sold out in my size when I first saw them, so when a size 10 in tan was again available, I snapped them up. Disappointment number one was opening the box to find I'd been send the black and white, which were just a little too reminiscent of the saddle shoes I had to wear working at a 50s diner in college.
I thought I'd try them on just to see if I could learn to love the other hue, but it wasn't to be. The material is really thin, so even though they're a boot, they'd provide less insulation than some of my sneakers. They run a tad short, are pretty narrow, and they're difficult to get on--you have to untie them to get your heel inside, which makes the zipper kind of redundant. Once down, the zipper really didn't want to go back up. And after I did manage to zip it, there was a weird bulge on that side of the shoe. I don't know, maybe I got a bad pair, but these are not what I hoped for at all.

Get a long little (Rocket) doggie
" The sizing on these shoes is just too, too weird. I had previously bought these in a 10 (normally I wear a 9.5 to a 10 and usually size up to be cautious) and they were HUGE on me. Then I tried a size 9, and were just the tiniest bit small on my larger foot. So weird. They're cute shoes, but the 9.5s are always out of stock in the color I want, and I don't really want to give it a third go anyway. They'll be ok for those who do their research first and size down!

Second time's the charm
" I ordered these in teal about a year ago in a size 10 and ended up returning them--they slopped off my feet. Decided to give them another try, and the 9.5s are perfect. I got the beige--little more versatile color--and they'll be perfect with a dress or pants.
