Material started rubbing off

" I got these shoes in mid December. I how ever had to put them away for most of Jan and Feb. I just recently started wearing these again and the material on the shoe is rubbing off. It is making the shoes look older than they really are. Like a really bad distressed look. Not pleased at all.

Not what I expected!!
" I just got home to find my boots @ my door. I was so happy to try them on. As I put them on they start bunch at the ankles but I thought once I fully put them on it would straighten out. Nope. They stayed like that. Bunch up at the bottom. All the reviews were saying get a size smaller, I usually wear a 10 so i ordered a 9. Still big. I had to really lift my leg to work around the house in them. Online they looked sooooo good, sad to say not in person. Taking them back ASAP.
