Good support for flat feet.
" I enjoy these as an alternative to my custom orthotics. There is a firm wooden-type foot bed, and I don't like to use my expensive orthotics in beach/water/messy situations. I have a narrow foot, but I can add a hole to make these more narrow.

Perfect for bad arches
" I usually wear custom orthotics, but they are so expensive that I need a cheaper alternative for car washing, yard work, and similar chores. These look perfect with denims, shorts, and casual attire, and performed great at the beach and on trips.
