Buy a size larger

" These shoes are beautiful with lovely details. They are surprisingly comfortable and stable for such a high heel. Because of the heel height, I probably can't wear them for long stretches without the balls of my feet aching, but the shoe itself fits my foot well without rubbing anywhere. I usually wear an 8 in an open toe shoe and sometimes an 8 1/2 in a closed toe shoe. I ordered a 9 in this shoe based on recommendations listed under the similar green/black shoe. I'm glad I did because these shoes run short and narrow. Size up and you will be pleased. "

So cute, but had to return

" Just as another reviewer said, these shoes come up too high at the back of the ankle and rub. The leather there is strong, so no amount of bending it seemed to soften it up. I thought that since I have very skinny ankles, I might not have this problem with the shoe, but I do. Otherwise the shoes are comfortable and very attractive on. I'm sorry to have to return them. "

Comfy boot

" This boot is very comfortable even without arch support. I'll get an arch support pad to put in the boot because I have high arches and need the support. The toe area is squarish leaving plenty of room for the toes. The boot has no zippers so you must lace it. Overall a good choice. "
