Needed a Smaller Size - Trying to Exchange

" I ordered these online in my normal size for flats but these were too big and my heel kept popping out when I tried them on. They are also a little narrow - but nothing that some breaking in shouldn't fix considering they have a pointed toe.
I have never tried on a pair like this before. Due to the specific style/cutout of these flats it may be necessary to order at least a half size to a full size down.
Other than that, they were really cute and more comfortable than I expected.

Great Boot 4.5/5 stars
" Can be a little narrow near the top of the foot but other than that it's a great boot that's cute. The shaft of the boot is sturdy which is hard to find sometimes. I purchased these in brown but I wish I bought another pair in black as well. I would recommend.

" The shoe looks exactly like the pictures on the site, including the color. Shipping was faster than expected. I ordered my normal size and the shoe is awfully tight. I am not sure if they need to be broken in more or if that is just how the shoe runs. They are too uncomfortable to wear without some extreme breaking in at this point.
