THE HEEL BROKE OFF!!!!
" I ordered these about 5 weeks ago and the heel already broke off one of the boots! I am so angry about this! I hope DSW gives me a refund for these. "

Love!
" I love these boots. I get a lot of compliments on them; however, I've only had them for about a month and the zipper broke on one of them. I am really disappointed as now I have to pay to have them fixed when these weren't cheap to begin with. With that said, they are real leather, a beautiful boot. They run true to size. Because the zipper broke only after a month of wear I'm giving these a 4 and not a 5. "
