False description
" I was looking for a boot with a narrow shaft circumference for my skinny legs. This was advertised as having a 13 1/2" shaft circumference. When I tried them on there was a huge gap between the boots and my legs. So I took measuring tape and low and behold... the circumference measured at 15". Very disappointed!! I will be returning these and will have to continue looking. "
