Poor Quality
" I 've been a happy customer with DSW for 10 years until now. I've never had any problems with your merchandise until this last year....go figure! I wore the boots twice - on the second wear, I was walking the zipper split. I couldn't zip the boot up or down. I had to literally pull the zipper apart in order to take them off.
What's going on with your products in this last year? or is it bad Karma??? "
