Looks better on your foot
" I was desperate to use my points when I purchased this shoe. An $800 Ralph Lauren for $150? Cannot pass it by w/o a hands-on feet-in look see. VERY surprised. I take 8-81/2. I checked the ratings, ordered 9-91/2. Nice, roomy, easy to walk in, actually looks classy. Good buy. "

Disappointed
" I am keeping the shoes: certainly, cheap-enough, but I AM disappointed. The box and heel fit are both off. I found that I need heel lifts: there is a black vertical piece in back of the shoe that hits right into the Achilles. The box, on the other hand, is too low: rubbing right on top of my toes. Believe me, I'm a shoe lover and spender: I was surprised to be experiencing this ill-fit and discomfort with Hush Puppies. Even after the adjustments, there is still a lot of breaking-in to be done vs. callouses developing! Cheap but not worth it. "
