Cool Styling but Not for Me
" This is a very well-styled shoe - very rugged but looks smart enough to wear in better settings. But did not keep these for several reasons. First, the description says all man-made but the lining is actually leather. I was looking for non-leather and was very disappointed to see a "Leather and Man-Made" sticker on the sole as well as the same info printed on inside of shoes. Inside was clearly leather to the touch. Bummer. Also, this shoe ran quite small - and because of the man-made exterior material, I was not confident it would loosen up to fit. If in doubt, order next half-size up. Finally, the shoe squeaked a little bit when I walked. Maybe that was a factor of the material + too tight on my foot. I'll never know.

Great Deep Color / Fits Snug
" True to size which for me means a little snug - because I like my heels to stay "glued in" when I step. Comfortable heel height for office wear. Color is very deep, almost a brown maroon - perfect for fall. The bow is a little "cutesy" - wish I could remove it, but doing so would mess up the mesh part of the upper.

Disappointing Quality and Poor Service

" Was so excited to have these shoes arrive today - but they will be going back today as well. It appears DSW has sent me a pair that was already worn... and not just "around the house" worn, these were clearly "out the door" worn. See my photo of marks on the soles of the shoes! Additionally, there are scuff marks here and there, clear evidence of creasing on the straps due to wearing the shoes, and one of the buckles is missing the center pin that allows it to actually buckle the strap.
Regarding the shoe itself: it fit as expected, but the length of the toe box isn't nearly long enough to be a "pointy toe" shoe. It is really snubbed at the end and rises up in such a way that makes it unflattering and, quite honestly, cheap-looking. This was my first experience buying online from DSW, and so far it has been a major disappointment. Thankfully, I did not have to pay for shipping, so I'll be able to get reimbursed for the full transaction. Buyer beware. "
