Great shoes...But mine arrived damaged

" I was super excited to get my shoes in the mail but was disappointed when I opened the box and saw that that there was a long glue/paint mark across the wooden wedge, and the fabric part was dirty. For $60 I was expecting new, in good condition shoes!!!!! Are you kidding me? I use to love DSW, but my standards for them has dropped and I don't plan on purchasing from them online anymore. It is such a shame. I can't even replace them because I got the last in my size and color (blue striped ones.)

However, other than the damage, these shoes are perfect! So comfy and cute, and really flatter my legs. They go with skirts, tights, shorts, dresses, rolled up jeans....Everything! Super adorable. Which is why I'm so sad that my pair are damaged. The sole is soft, and the wedge is a little higher than I expected but comfort and stability isn't a problem at all.

My 1/5 rating is mainly for DSW. The shoes themselves would've been perfect if not in a practically used condition. That isn't what I paid for, and not the quality I expected. :( "
