Shoes were worn
" I'm disappointed in this shoe. As soon as I opened the box the shoe looked as though it had been worn and was ready to toss. I can't believe they boxed a shoe like that. I hate it because the heel height was perfect and it was the right size. I don't want to exchange for another one in case the next shoe comes back the same. "
