Stylish and comfortable
" Wanted a dressy work- clothes appropriate sandal and this is easy to buckle for larger ankles, has a low stylish heel to give the leg a nice line, and stable for walking . Looks slimming especially the nude; like it enough to order the white! I was looking for a strappy ankle sandal with a defined lower heel. My only concern is lack of padding makes it hard to stand long on hard surfaces and when you walk you feel the impact on your heels. It makes heel noises too .

Finally dressy and comfort in one
" I always can rely on Born for comfort but sometimes I want some pizazz and dressy look too . This sandal has both and the asymmetrical straps are slimming ( sometimes comfort shoes make my legs look chunky) . Also adjustable straps are discreet and also efficient to tighten easily without the hassle of a buckle. I just walked by these and had to try them on ! Pricey but quality and style!

True wide calf fit!
" Thanks everyone for their helpful reviews which helped me find these boots in the first place.This is my first review as I am thrilled to finally find a stylish riding boot that I can zip up all the way! Recommend going up a half size for extra calf and foot room especially if wearing w socks and skinny pants. They make my legs look slim! I measured my widest calf at 17 1/2" so these are generous without being baggy .I am happy to find these and wish more boots would live up to their "wide calf" promise.I tried on every one in the store!
