"I really like the look of cowboy boots but don't want to spend a ton of money on something I will only wear a few times. I found these on the clearance rack in the black with the silver/pewter detail. They are really cute. They run true to size, but are a little on the wide side. The sole is rubber, so if you want the authentic sound of a cowboy boot, this isn't for you. They were super comfortable when I first tried them, but I wore them to the county fair and did a lot of walking and it rubbed on my toe, which is weird because they are so wide. But if you don't plan on walking for several hours and don't mind that they aren't "real" cowboy boots. Get these, you wont regret it."
"These boots gave me the perfect amount of western without looking like a cowgirl. The black a has little distressing on the toe and heel. Only the inside zipper is functional, the outside is just for looks. I am usually between and 8.5 and 9 depending on the shoe. I have a high arch so sometimes it's a struggle to get boots on and off so I just size up. That is what happened with these boots, the 8.5 fit, but the 9 just made more sense for me."

Not Quite a Cowboy Boot
"Being that I'm the first review of this boot, I will try to give you as much info as I can. I bought the black on-line and I think they look like a cross between a cowboy boot and a biker boot. I like the boot, I don't love it and here's why: 1. It's narrow; I wear between 8.5 - 9, I ordered these in the 9 and they are so tight I can't wear socks, but the length is ok, so hopefully they will stretch out. 2. The shaft leather is soft and unlined, just suede on the inside. Worried they might sag after a few wears. 3. The white stitching around the sole, is much more obvious in person, especially up against a black boot, I wish it weren't, but some might like that. The sole is rubber, which makes it comfortable, but doesn't sound like a cowboy boot when you walk. I haven't decided if I am keeping them yet. I hope this review helps."
