Disappointed
" I LOVE the color of these boots, but they are going to be returned. My daughter is a solid 3.5 moving into a 4 in most shoes, I ordered her a 4 but these boots were huge! She would need at least a full size down if I were going to reorder, but that's not the only reason they going back. The inside is a soft furry fleece, which seems cozy, but these boots are really uncomfortable, according to my daughter. There is little to no arch support, and they seem to be like a stiff material, like cardboard, with leather bonded to it. It's hard to explain, but it's not like they are made from thick, supple, leather. The green color is difficult to find, and so pretty, but these boots just aren't what I expected. "
