" I was looking for a casual boot with a medium to high heel that I could wear with jeans, an everyday sort of boot. These fit the bill, except for the fact that they are not very comfortable. I had to put a cushioned insert into them immediately. For a medium, thick heel I was very surprised that they were this uncomfortable. They are pretty wide around the leg, so if you have a wide calf, you should have no issues. "
