" Personally these shoes are quite comfortable without any added gel sole. This is coming from a woman who does not prefer wearing heels too.
Out of all the heels of similar style I've worn that are 3", these were by far the most secure feeling AROUND my foot. The structure of the shoe is such that it felt like my feet weren't going to slip in any circumstance. It feels sturdy. "
