" I ordered these in black to wear with several cocktail dresses. They look very elegant with the dresses I am going to wear them with. However, the heel measurement that I measured was almost 4-1/2" They are adequately comfortable and I feel confident with the height of the heel in spite of the fact that I was expecting 3" heels. I would recommend them for an evening shoe but be expecting a higher heel then what is listed.

" This sandal runs slightly long. I normally wear a size 10 but ordered a 9-1/2 and it is almost a 1/2 size too long. Very comfortable. I plan to wear them in Las Vegas if that gives you any idea how comfortable I think they are. These are a show stopper however, I think they look better with capris, slacks, jeans or a casual skirt. A little heavy or masculine looking to wear with a dress.
