"I was actually looking for kitten heels when I found these flats. The crossing straps ensure that they won't try to slip off my heels, but they're ample enough to be comfortable. I have a protruding bone from a 2003 surgery at the base of my left big toe, and they're cut high enough not to press on that bone.
I bought these shoes with the understanding that I would return them if I couldn't find someone to dye them violet-blue to match my mother-of-the-groom dress. They had to be dyed six times, but it worked! I'm delighted with the result. The sparkles look somewhat less sparkly than before, but perhaps I can do something about that. I won't actually be wearing them, though, till the January 21, 2017, wedding."
"I purchased these shoes in the nude color to wear with my red suit and other outfits for which I have no matching shoes. I had to buy a 7, although I usually wear a 6.5. They look beautiful and feel great--even though since my 2003 foot surgery I've had to avoid heels above two inches tall. I haven't yet worn them outside the shoe store or my house, but I plan to wear them to a court hearing in three days (with the red suit) and probably to my son's wedding next year (with a smashing violet-blue gown)!"
