Confused

" I'm totally torn here, I've been dying to find these shoes ever since I saw Kim K rockin' them basically all over the place! So you can imagine my excitement when I finally located them on DSW.com! They arrived yesterday and I must say I was disappointed, the shoe appeared USED! The soles were scuffed up, the GZ sign inside the shoe was faded (clear signs of wear) and they appeared to be packaged not with store paper but what looked like tissues from a tissue box (one with some makeup on it...c'mon seriously?). Clearly someone wore the shoes, and returned to DSW and I was the unlucky recepient of a $400 pair of USED shoes! There are a few things that concern me still, for the money, the quality of the shoe seems rather poor, the glue and seams are visible on the espadrilles and they look a bit dirty (although that could be because they are used) I'm almost inclined to wonder if they are even real GZ. I've purchased GZ from DSW before and they were in perfect condition and have lasted me years so I have faith that perhaps this was a fluke. All that being said, DSW stepped up and is sending me a replacement pair with next day air, so hopefully the new pair will be just that BRAND NEW! Also the shoe itself looks really good on the leg, i posted a pic to some friends and everyone loved it. Beware, it is sky high and may not be the most comfy espadrille, but hey when are we ever 100% comfortable in heels? "
