Strange fit
" These shoes were wide and short. I usually wear an 8.5 but order a 9 online just to make sure I can fit into them. The 9 in these were too short. Not real short but they pushed on my longer toe. My toes taper off and do not go straight across. I've seen women's feet w/straight toes so if your toes are straight and wide then these will work for you. Also, the right shoe was much wider than the other shoe. I'm thinking someone squeezed their extra wide foot into it at some point. The ankle straps were also real loose on me but I have small ankles. Very little to no toe cleavage, which was a good point. The light pink color was nude. So after a few minutes of trying them on and not liking them, I had to pay to return them. Think I will opt for the DSW store when I can and not come here quite as much as I have not had luck the last few times I've shopped on here.

Easy slip on
" Nice looking shoe. Comfortable but I only wore it for work and I have a desk job. It arrived nicely packaged with no marks or scratches. I find it comfortable though I have to agree that it could use some arch support. I can slip them on without even using my hands. When ordering online I usually order a half size up just to make sure they will fit. I usually go for an 8.5 but got this in a 9. There is no extra room but fits well with socks.

shaft is huge
" This boot looks lovely except for the fact that the shaft is so wide that there was 2 inches between the boot and the back of my calf. There were also thin scratches that I was going to overlook.

Many are damaged
" My first pair I ordered a half size larger but they were too narrow for my somewhat narrow foot and too small overall. I ordered another pair a full size larger and it was a super tiny bit larger. It had a scuffed heel and some scratches on it. I ordered another in that same size and it had scratches on it (long and deep) and discolorations all over the foot of one of the boots. So I paid a lot for return shipping and never ended up finding a good pair. They did fit me in the shaft though and I have skinny legs.
