Love this brand
" I don't think there's a more comfortable boot on the market than Gentle Souls. They do tend to run big, so I had to order a size smaller than normal. Highest quality, best looks - you can't go wrong with GS boots.

nice looking boot
" good quality leather, sturdy sole.
Heel needs padding though - I'll need to get an insert. I usually order a size up (to a 7) to get a wide enough boot, but I think I could have ordered a 6.5 and still have enough room. That's not DSW's or Two Lips fault though - size is true, and these look great! "

Beautiful boots
" These boots are absolutely beautiful! The leather is top notch and look like a million bucks...HOWEVER, and this is something Mia needs to address - the inside sole was inserted wrong - folded several times and glued tightly, so that I had a choice - return them (and run the risk of another pair in my size not being available) or just fix it myself. I fixed it myself and had to purchase a Dr. Scholls insert, since the original was completely unusable. But they have enough room in the calf for skinny jeans and look like I spent way more than I did. If not for the poor quality control, I would have given them five stars.

Beautiful boots
" I ordered these boots in my regular size, 6 1/2, but they were a little too long and too narrow. They were also too tight in the calfs, definitely not enough room for skinny jeans. That being said, they were gorgeous, and I was bummed to have to return them.
