Almost a winner
" I ordered this pair of Kenneth Coles via the DSW Website, and prior experience with DSW and the brand has been satisfactory; but not this time! As I opened the box I was quite disappointed to see that the right shoe was significantly wider than the left. The product as it was sent is an unserviceable condition, and therefore will be taking them back to the store for an exchange or something similar. "
