Great at the begining, but then they fall apart!

" I purchased these at the end last winter and wore them a handful of times and loved them. I put them away after winter and just took them out again last month and started wearing them as my everyday boot because they were so comfortable. After a few weeks I noticed that they were not wearing well at all. The inside of one of the boots has started to deteriorate to the point that there is a whole in the inside and has become very uncomfortable under the heel of my foot and the fronts of the boots have scoffed and peeled at the toes of both boots exposing the material under the top coating. I was still continuing to wear them and was about to buy a liner/insert to take care of the whole in the inside of the heel until today, the sole separated from the whole boot. They are now unwearable and useless. "
