A steal at the clearance price
" These are fabulous basic pumps. They are simple and classic, with a rounded toe and a medium heel. They fit me perfectly, which means they're probably a bit on the narrow side, as I have narrow feet. They are insanely comfortable, with Aerosoles' characteristic very-well-padded suede insole and a rubber outsole. They recently went on sale at a fraction of what they were when I tried them on in the store, so I scooped up two extra pairs--one to keep in the office, one to put away for when these wear out. You'll never find a better value in a classic, comfortable pump.

Just what I was looking for
" I was looking for something pretty specific: a pair of street shoes to wear to special events where there would be dancing but where it wouldn't be appropriate for me to lug along my actual ballroom dance shoes (which don't get worn outdoors). The shoes needed to be dressy but comfortable, and they needed to have ankle straps to keep them from flying off my feet during a dance. The Naturalizer Brigid is just about perfect. The scalloped heel and patent trim give the shoe the right amount of pizazz, and the rounded toe and thick interior cushioning make it remarkably comfortable for a shoe with this high a heel. As a bonus, the sole of the shoe has a special texture at the ball of the foot that is very much like the suede on professional dance shoes; it gives just the right combination of grip (so you don't slip while gliding around the dance floor) and slide (so you can spin easily). My only quibble is that the heel is not quite narrow enough for me, so my heel slips a little, but the ankle strap means that my foot won't come completely out of the shoe. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase.

Most comfortable shoes I've ever owned
" I used to think Crocs made nothing but ugly clunky clogs that were way too wide for my feet. Then I stumbled across the Patricia II sandal in my local DSW. I was stunned. These shoes are cute, they fit my feet perfectly (which probably means they run a bit narrow, as my feet are on the narrow side), and they are comfortable beyond belief. They are so springy, it's like walking on an air mattress. Boing, boing, boing! I've already bought an extra pair to put away in case my first pair ever wears out.

Cute and comfy!
" I *love* these shoes! I'm not usually comfortable in heels, but the slight platform on these allows the heel to look a lot higher than it feels, and the well-cushioned footbed softens the impact on the ball of the foot. The straps are buttery soft. My feet are on the narrow side, and these hug my feet nicely, so I'm guessing they run a bit narrow. I bought them in tan and like them so much that I would have bought black as well, but I'm not wild about the look of a layer of brown cork between black heel and black straps. The brown cork looks a lot better on the tan version.
