Buttery Soft
" When I ordered these online, I was worried that the leather would be thick and stiff, but when they arrived in the mail, I was pleasantly surprised to see how soft the leather is and how much give it has. I ordered my usual size 8.5, and these fit me with room to spare, and I even have a longer big toe. For those of you who have a longer index toe, you might be able to go a half size down in these. Had I purchased them in-store, I would have at least tried on a size 8 to see the difference. So far, they seem very comfortable--even with the heel height, and the sole is not slippery. Very pleased with my purchase.

Versitile
" I love that I can wear this boot in many ways, with many different outfits. I am an 8 1/2 normally, and I chose the 8 1/2 in this bootie. I'm only giving it 4 out of 5 stars because I do find that the bootie is slightly narrow, but trying to size up to a 9 was too big for me. I'm hoping that since this bootie is leather, it will stretch out a bit over time. We shall see...

Like it so much, I bought two colors!
" Love this wedge. It feels great on my feet, even after wearing all day. Not at all constricting, but it doesn't slide around either. My standard size is 8 1/2 in shoes, and the 8 1/2 fit great in this wedge. I should note, however, that my big toe is longer than my second toe, which often puts me up a half size more than those of you with a longer index toe and a shorter big toe...

Half the pair was perfect...
" I really love the look of these boots (HAWT with leggings or skinny jeans!), but my pair was inconsistent in fit, feel and overall quality. While the right boot looks great and fits comfortably, the left boot pinches slightly, has a lumpy sole and has a small streak of glue on the top of the boot leather. Since they're real leather, they've stretched a bit, so the right boot doesn't pinch as much as it first did. In fact, after wearing them a few times, I regret not getting a half size down from my usual 8 1/2 since the stretching leather now makes my heels and toes slide around a bit. I still love the look of these boots so much that I've chosen to keep them and deal with the minor imperfections that remain in the left boot. I love this brand--I think I just got an unlucky pair on this one.
