" After reading all of the reviews, I decided to purchase on line. The shoes were beautiful and fitted great. The only problem was that after wearing for two hours at work the rubber piece in the bottom of the shoe came out. Not a great experience. I called customer service and the gentlemen told me I can return it. The glue must of not been put on correctly. I decided to not get another one because of my experience. "
