" I was really excited about the shoes. The style is super cute. However, the shoes were damaged when it came. One of the heel was torn and made of cheap plastic. The "leather" was very hard and uncomfortable to wear. I had to return it. Typical of Nine West, pretty shoes but cheap materials!!
