Ouch!
" Not only do these run short, but the metal toe detail confines the toes and makes it painful to walk. I bought them for the cute detail, but I won't make that mistake again.
I usually wear a 6. Couldn't even tolerate the 6.5, but I know if I order up to a 7 the heel will flop, but the toe will still be painful.

Skinny ankle
" I have average ankles, not chunky by any means. The ankles of these books seemed very narrow. Not comfortable. And the rise of the calf is very high. It hits the bend of your knee when you sit. Not comfy.

Comfortable, but not crazy about the plastic heel
" I tried several riding boots, and these were the ones that I kept. They are quite comfortable. What I am not crazy about is the plastic heel. You can hear the click-click of plastic when walking on tile or marble floors. And I am afraid of slipping on the ice when my plastic heel strikes before the rubber sole.

I really wanted it to work
" I love the black and brown together and REALLY wanted this boot to work out! But, the fit was uncomfortable. The leather folded and dug into the side of my leg as I walked. I knew I would not be comfortable wearing them all day at work. Too bad, because they are very cute.

Sadly uncomfortable
" Yellow is my favorite color, and I loved these cute shoes, which were not available in my local DSW. Ordered online. Sadly disappointed. Shoes seem a tad narrow, edge of toe box dug into the side of my foot when I walked, and my baby toe got caught in the little opening on the side once in a while. Plus, the footbed is dead flat and stiff, so I would need to add a cushion. I loved the style, but had to send back. As another reviewer stated, too, the color is not quite an pictured. More gold than yellow.

Odd fit
" I bought a different pair of Softspots last week and just LOVE them so much that I decided to go buy these flats. But they don't fit like the others. My other pair is a 6-1/2. The 6-1/2 in this style is enormous. I tried to walk and the shoe flew off my foot! I tried the 6, and it was still too big! But I know if I get the 5.5, my toe will be hitting the inside. So, it must be the width of this shoe. The style is very cute, it's such a shame it fits so strange.

Glad I found these!
" I have not been able to comfortably wear high heels for a couple of years. Tendonitis, a bunion forming. Plus, I have very sensitive feet (can't walk barefoot outside and get blisters easily). I cannot believe that I wore these shoes for the entire day at work yesterday with no pain! I am in love with Softspots! Here I go to order more! (Only comment is that I usually wear size 6 and had to go with a 6-1/2 on these.)
