Perfect!
" These boots really do look even better in person. The colors are beautiful and the gold threading throughout adds just a barely noticeable sparkle. Easily one of my favorite boots!
They fit like a glove with thin socks, which I like for walking in heels. And the heel is high enough to look nice, but not too high to wear for long periods of time. Amazingly comfortable and easy to walk in!

Cute In Picture, Less Cute On
" These really are beautiful boots when you see them, but they aren't as cute when you wear them. For some reason, it's a little hard to explain, but the leather in front of the ankle sort of poofs out when you wear them. And also there's a sort of a line down the front where the color has worn. I think it's from how they come folding in the box; it's like that crease down the front when you fold trousers that certain way. Also, the color isn't as olive-y green as I had hoped, it's more grey/brown than I had wanted but you can kind of tell that from the picture.
But the good parts! For how high they are they are pretty comfy. I have smallish calves but I can fit skinny jeans in them. The leather is really soft, and the chain detailing looks great. Overall they are nice boots, but I'm not sure they are exactly what I had hoped for. Fits true to size.

Comfy But Too Big
" I bought these in black (size 7.5) and they were cuter than I had expected! However, they are definitely too long (but the width is good). I want to keep them, so I'm leaning towards exchanging for a half size smaller. I would say a whole size smaller but I don't want them to be too narrow. So I give them 4 stars- the fit isn't as good as it could be, but it's good enough to wear and they look great!
The top part of the boot is soft and floppy, but also kind of clinging so they'll stay up if you just wear them with tights, which is a good thing for me! I can fit skinny jeans in them too, but I do have sort of small calves.
