Love My Owl Boots
" Needed them this morning after a storm dumped 4.5" in my backyard. These boots kept my feet dry as I slogged through the puddles, and they looked cute when I wore them to pick up my son after school as more rain was coming. The shaft is wide enough that I can tuck in my jeans and keep my pant legs dry, which is a definite plus. "

Need some breaking in
" Overall, these are comfortable and very cute. But the first time I wore them, they rubbed my heels after a while. The second time, it didn't seem as bad. I like them, but these wouldn't be the pair I'd choose for walking all day. "

Gorgeous, but . . .
" When I saw this shoe, it was love at first sight. I bought it to wear to my high school reunion, and it was the perfect mix of class and attitude for me.
Unfortunately, it wasn't the best shoe for this event, as I was standing on concrete floors all night. The cut-out for the peep toe cut into my big toe just under the nail bed, and I ended up with a small blister on the side of my heel. I was able to two-step in them, and I still love the way they look. But I can't recommend them for lots of standing, even with the cushioning built in to the shoe. "
