about time i found the perfect gladiator
" I have been looking for an affordable gladiator for awhile. I wasn't feeling the fad two summers ago and last summer seem to be year of the exposed sandal (you know the sandal that has the slot for big toe and everything else is out). well I saw the crown vintage in the store and it was perfect. it is true to size and with any flat, I now add sticky cushions, which DSW carries both in stores by the register or online. I love the brown so much I came home and ordered the black ones. I am excited and at peace with the final decision of my mission.

Mature Shoe
" I didn't feel sexy but I sure felt comfortable! I bought these shoes liking them only to give them to my mom who is early-mid 50's! You have to make this shoe sexy!!
I give it 5 stars for comfort but 3 stars for style. Overall its a 4-star shoe!!!

I love mine
" I need gel insert for inside the top shoe by pinky toe because it rubs. They are so pretty. First time wearing them and I got compliments from strangers. Wasn't crazy about price, but I really liked the shoe and I was so happy they had my size.. So I will be brown bagging lunch and cutting out Starbucks this week... :-/
So worth it!

Hit or miss
" The right outfit make these shoes pop as opposed to the shoe making the outfit pop. Best and only with slacks and hot looking blouse or top that compliment the colors (for me it's the cognac).
The shoe fits well but breaking them in I felt discomfort on pinky toe side of shoe where the top ends. The shoe rubs the side so buy the gel insert tha stick inside. I am wide so if you are too, look into half size up but get gel insert.
I would recommend to a friend but give caution.

My commute/office shoe
" These are strictly for comfort when I have long day and commute. I was nervous because they can appear a bit nun-ish. This is not sexy but it gets the job done. I am 5'2" so I really wanted a little height and I get that. I tend to lean over in flats and most flats don't last past a season because they shape to my foot's side lean.
I can't go wrong with this wedge in office or while commuting. I am happy.

Loves!!!!!!!
" I can't wait to wear these. They are very comfortable and cute. I bought them in white. I find it hard to find the right white summer shoe that doesn't remind you of your kindergarten days at five or your future vision of being eighty-five years old. FYI, I am in my early thirties.
I am only giving these 4 stars because the white meet my standards but the coral would exceed my expectations!
I am really happy with my purchase and seriously considering coral too,

Looks cheap!
" I am a premier status shopper with a rack loaded with shoes mainly from DSW. I have rules. I like bargin for my buck so I don't spend more than 80.00 on one pair of shoes unless it's a boot or triple points advantage. I like to know the shoe has high retail value but I am getting it at wholesale price :)
I was very disappointed with the look of the material. Very comfortable but looks like the worst version of pleather (plastic +leather). I ordered these online and looked at them e/o day hoping I would see them differently but never did. I love comfort mixed with sexy and versitality. But these are not sexy and even at 39.95 should be priced at least $10.00 cheaper. I have seen better at Payless!

Simple and sexy
" I used a 20.00 coupon so this felt like a steal. I ordered and tried these on and I thought, "BAM, these are it!" I can rock these with any one or combination of colors white, gold, black and brown clothing.
Whats funny is three weeks later I am in a DSW store and I gravitated to these as if I never saw these shoes.. It took me a second to think-wait I just purchased. They are still in box because our weather has not permitted me to enjoy them...
This is a classy, simple shoe. Any demographic can rock this and it looks appropriate! Because It's a flat shoe one should consider a sandal arch insert though they are fairly comfortable. Looks best with fuchsia/magenta or red pedi colors to compliment all that gravitate to this shoe.
