Runs quite narrow, but comfy and look nice!
" I love Clarks shoes and I'm always a size 7. These shoes run a wee bit short and very narrow. I could wear stockings with these, but forget trying to fit my feet in there with socks on! Maybe that's the point, since they are open-heel, but sometimes I want to slip them on for a quick trip outside and it's quite a squeeze. Wearing these barefoot, my pinkie toes are quite smushed and do rub, but I've only had them a few weeks so I hope the leather will stretch some. They're okay shoes for what I need them for, but not my favorite pair from Clarks.

Test it first
" As I expected from J-41, this shoe looks classy and is comfortable. However, the strap location and movement don't work for my feet. The criss-cross part on the top of the foot shifts too much when I walk in them. I think other people might really like this style, but I had to send them back. Also, I initially ordered in my regular size, but sent those back for a half-size smaller. However, that's consistent across all J-41 shoes for me.

Extremely Comfortable
" This shoe looks and feels (and makes you feel) like a million bucks. The leather is very high quality and the shoe is well-made. It's striking on your feet - with a simple outfit they'll grab attention, but you can overpower them if you want to. I have slightly narrow feet and these fit me perfectly, so I'd be careful if you have wider feet. But take a chance and try them - they're EXTREMELY comfortable! No strange rubbing from all those straps, the leather is very soft, and the heel height is just right for extended wear.
