Trying on in store has its benefits
" Love the look of the shoe and the shoe bed comfort but it ran way too narrow and short. Had to return, got a great replacement pair and learned helpful information at the store (you can order non-instore shoes at the store and they will have them delivered for no shipping charge). "

Should have tried on in store
" These are great-looking shoes and I simply went off of previous online reviews in ordering. I ordered these along with another Naturalizer N5 shoe. These were not marked inside or outside the shoe for size, only the box came labeled but they were definitely not 9 medium when compared to the other shoes. The other shoes seemed narrow for 9 medium but I could at least put them on.
Will be returning for a 9.5 wide (have never worn this size ih my life!) becaus3 I do like the brand and technology. "

Comfortable, cute, just needs a couple of tweaks
" This pump is extremely comfortable and cute. Unfortunately, within 2 weeks, the right heel became squeaky - so squeaky they are embarrassing to wear. Then just today, after owning them for 1 month and 1 week, the strap on the right shoe popped off while I was seated. Upon inspection, there is but a small amount of thread used to attach the strap to the shoe and is quite thin. "
