Great boot for the price; minimal sole padding
" The boots look pretty great for the price and are exactly what I was looking for in style: simple black boot with a 2" heel or less, almond or pointy toe, minimal embellishments. They are fairly comfortable - for context, I took them on a weekend trip (Fri-Mon) to Las Vegas and they were my main travel & walking around boot (I'd estimate 3-4 miles of walking each day, though I switched out for gym shoes one day), and my feet fared pretty well overall. I would like the sole to be slightly more padded though & have contemplated buying an insole. For sizing, I normally wear 6-6.5 (typically flats) and 7 in running shoes, but I sized up to 7 for these, and the boots do fit fairly snugly with socks.

" I'm on the shorter side (5'2") with a longer torso (& consequently shorter legs), but my calves are a bit thicker. These fit pretty well - they're snug around my calves (~14.25" circumference) and maybe slightly long in the foot for 6.5 but overall fit pretty well. I would say the ankle feels slightly loose, but being tighter might limit mobility. At any rate, I would buy again.
