Loving the Deer Leather!!!

" I just bought the shoe and tried it on and the comfort is amazing! This is my 1st pair of deer leather shoes and i can tell a big difference between it and the usual cow leather. So far, i am impressed and looking forward to many wears! as well as compliments! "

Finally got my brown cap toe shoe

" I saw these shoes in the store and bought them. Once home, I tried them on with a grey suit and they looked great! After inspecting trhe shoes which I should have done in the store, I saw where the heel was separated from the back of shoe. So, I called online customer service to inquire about ordering a pair online, because I really wanted the shoe, but the store didn't have anymore in my size. I ordered online and the shoes were shipped, but then they had some spacing between the heel and back corner of shoe. I called customer service again and they said I could return the shoes to a local store and then call them to do a hand pack (hand inspection) order. I did just that, where a person would go and inspect the shoe and then ship it. I received my shoes in one day, because DSW customer service knew I wanted my shoes in a timely fashion. I must say, the shoes were in immaculate order and they looked great with my suit! I also must say that DSW customer service was the best service I have received in quite awhile, whether in a store or online. They did what they promised and also adjusted the cost due to my issues. They also shipped my shoes overnight. They were truly professionals in every sense of the word. How can you ask for anything more when you get quality merchandise, quality service, and great prices. I am not an online shopper, but will definitely shop DSW online again and years to come! because I love a great shoe and when you have great customer service, that's just the icing on the cake! "
