Material peeled off
" Maybe I just received a defective pair but the material of this shoe is very delicate and after only ONE wear the material on the back of one heel was peeling off already! I was so disappointed. These fit well and were fairly comfortable. Poor quality.

Material peeled off...
" I wore these pumps once in the grey pepple color and the material (plastic like) peeled off. Needless to say I was very disappointed and am having DSW send me another pair, it better not happen again! Otherwise these fit true to size and are decent to wear all day at the office.

Pretty Shoe!
" I am usually between an 8.5 and a size 9... I tried on a 9, way too big, 8.5 was fine but still slipped off my heel. I had to go to a size 8 to prevent the shoe from slipping off my heel. I would recommend trying on a size smaller to see which works better for you! Otherwise such a cute shoe! From what I could tell walking around the house and the store they seem pretty comfy (this is coming from someone who wears high heels everyday to work).

Nice Nude Pump
" This shoe fits well but I had some "toe cleavage." My only problem is the comfort level is not great. After wearing them to work my feet hurt and my foot would occasionally slip out so I will have to buy some inserts and get used to them. Otherwise they are great, color is as shown in the picture!

Awful Color

" I ordered this shoe in "gray." In my opinion the color is more of an army green/darker ugly shade of gray. In the picture it looks more like a weathered brown/gray then anything. It fits great and has some scuff marks already (came in the mail like that) so I think they may scuff easily. Needless to say these are going back...wish the color was a brown and higher quality shoe material - disappointing for a Jones New York shoe.

" i actually bought these a year ago from DSW. They are still super cute and comfy. The suede looks great and is super soft. I usually wear the top cuff part folded down but it looks great either way!

Very Cute!
" These shoes are very cute in the navy color. I love the color! I felt like this shoe ran slightly narrow and longer than usual. My toes are a little pinched so they can be a little uncomfortable, but it is worth it because they are so cute! I am used to high heels but if you are not you may want to walk around a bit before purchasing!

Trendy shoe!
" I love the style and heel height of this shoe! It is a bit narrow and pinches the toes. Toward the end of the day they were slightly uncomfortable but it is well worth it since the shoe is so cute! One other note, in my opinion the purple color shows online as more of a maroon but when I received them, the shoe itself is truly purple.

Comfy and cute
" Shoe was comfy and cute for the most part. I have wide feet so these are more for a normal foot width, but still not bad. I ordered an 8.5 when I usually wear a 9, so order a size down. My only complaint is that these are in fact leather so on hot days when your feet get a little sweaty (ew gross I know!) they may slip out of the shoe.
