Cannot recommend
" My 5 year old loved these shoes until about the 4th time he wore them and he pulled the velcro strap right off the shoe. I'll be trying to return them today. It's too bad because he really liked them and I liked that they were light weight but if a 5 year old can break the strap then they are not for the long term.

" My daughter loves these! I have bought them every year for 4 years now. She wears them to the beach and/or with summer dresses. They are comfortable and last longer than the summer so I can pass them on to friends with younger children. I put them in the washing machine and air dry them if needed.
