Burgundy is Cute
" I bought these boots in burgundy and i am very pleased with the color and texture. They are true over the knee boots, but they are a bit wide at the top and don't stay up as well as i wish. But that is to be expected with most over the knee boots. They are very comfortable...i have worn them with black leggings and an oversized leopard print sweater, a black and white print dress, and again with leggings and a tunic shirt. I needed a color to add to my boot collection! :-)

For flats, LOVE
" I usually wear wedges or some sort of heel, but since i'm 8 months pregnant i needed some soft, comfy causal shoes. I love these sooo much. They fit perfect (usually wear an 8.5 but not sure if it's b/c of pregnancy, i fit better in a 9 now), they have enough support to where they don't feel like i'm totally barefoot, but they are comfortable enough that i almost DO feel barefoot! They match everything...abso love.

Cute but Narrow
" I always get a ton of compliments on these boots, but if you have a semi-wide foot these are probably not for you. They are a little narrow in the toe area. Doesn't make it unbearable to wear all day...i can wear at work for 8-9 hours and be fine. But if you plan on going to IKEA do not wear these boots! I was just about limping out by the time we left...i mean that place is huge anyway but good grief! Also, they don't really fold down like the picture shows. It's really hard to get only that little bit to fold. So i like to wear with bootcut jeans or sexy boyfriend jeans that are cuffed so they stop just at the top. The brown is a really good color. I love wedge booties but these are just a TINY bit narrow for my feet!

Not my favorite :(
" I have gotten so good at shopping for shoes online that i can usually eyeball what will fit me comfortably, as i have a little wider foot. I thought the straps on this would be just a little wider...i guess i thought it would be like my b.o.c. brand slide-on wedge. It's not. The weaving on the top of the shoe cuts into your foot so bad it leaves marks. I wore these for like 10 minutes to go get a pedicure and my feet were so indented it was embarrassing. I wish i would have saved my paperwork to send these back! Oh well, i am hoping they will stretch out a little more with wear, but they are NOT my go-to shoes! This shoe gets any starts at all b/c it's cute, the colors are versatile and style can be worn with anything.

New Favorite "Flip Flop"
" I have been looking for a sandal that 1) slides right on without buckles or straps, 2) ISN'T a flip flop so i could wear it to work, etc. and 3) is casual enough, yet not too casual, to go with everything. This is it. I bought it in black right before i went out of town for a bachelorette weekend in Austin. I wore this with jeans during the day, on the boat in a bathing suit and cover up later, and then back to work on Monday! This morning i'm getting ready and wearing brown, and i'm thinking, I need to get back on DSW and buy this in brown. So i did. I am usually a true 8.5 but bought this in a 9 and it fits perfect. Love it!

" For some reason lately i have been obsessed with yellow shoes. Add that to my love of the B.O.C. brand, wedges, and anything below a 4" heel and presto! These shoes are amazing. I obviously got them in yellow...they fit perfect...they are comfortable...and i think you can pair with a dress, flared jeans for a 70's look, shorts or skirts, these shoes are perfect. I think i am also going to buy the gold color if i don't end of buying the other three styles of BOC shoes i saw earlier today!

True "Over-the-Knee"
" I looked at these boots several times online before i purchased them. For one, the price was amazing. Two, i read the reviews that the calf area is super wide...which is true...but I am 5"8' and these boots truly hit above my knee. The wide part is up there on the thigh...which doesn't even look bad. I wear these with almost everything: skinny jeans, leggings, dresses, t-shirts and soon i will wear with skirts! This is my go-to boot. You can dress it down or up...the other night i wore over skinny jeans with a t-shirt and cap and it still looked cute! On New Year's Eve i wore with black leggings and a dressier top and it didn't look too dressed down or up for a house party. Highly recommend!

Taller than i expected...
" I love wedges. They are so comfortable and can be dressed up/down. I love the crocheted material the top of the shoe is made out of. I cannot even feel that i have shoes on. HOWEVER, the wedges is a little heavy. I think b/c the top material is so lightweight, they feel just a tad clunky but hey! They are so comfortable i can work with it. Love the color...it blends in with my skin tone pretty well so the shoes aren't the MAIN focus but definitely add to the outfit.

Lightweight and Fluffy!
" I bought these flip flops for my Cabo San Lucas birthday trip this June. I needed something for the pool/beach, that could get wet and not be slippery. These are the most comfortable flip flops i've probably ever worn. I don't know what makes them so squishy, but it feels like i'm walking on a cloud. The pavement by the pool was SO hot...i was able to wear these around all day and not slide out of them like you do sometimes when your feet get wet and you put flip flops back on. I got them in the assorted pink, purple, blue color....and they match everything! GREAT SUMMER FLIP FLOPS!

PERFECT FOR ME
" I love when i go into the store and have the exact shoe i'd been hunting on the website in my mind, then stumble across something 10 times better. These might not look like much on screen, but in the store on my foot, they were absolutely awesome. SOOO comfortable, the strap around my toes was perfect, the wedge is perfect, the leather (or faux leather) is so soft. I've been looking for a good black wedge for summer and THIS IS IT. Wore with an adorable skirt and black t-shirt to lunch with my boss and i have to say, it was an awesome outfit.

Wasn't Looking for but I Found
" I went into the store looking for the tan Steve Madden's (SM) that was always being advertised on the website. They did not have my size, so the hunt was on for the perfect pair of tan shoes to wear with an outfit i was going out to dinner in, and then dancing. I wanted something that was kinda casual, but could be dressed up. I kept passing by these in the store, and i soon as i tried them on i was SOLD. They are SO comfortable. I have to double-knot the tie or they would come undone, but other than that, they are perfect. No blisters, and i danced all night!

AWESOME WINTER BOOTS!
" I usually splurge every winter and buy an awesome pair of boots. These were surprisingly cheap ($59.95) and extraordinarily comfortable! I ordered an 8.5, which is usually exactly my size, but these are just the TINIEST bit big. I actually like it b/c it gives my foot more room and i can wear a thicker sock for those biting cold days. The sherpa/wool lined inside makes them SO warm and cozy, and the wedge makes you feel like you are walking on air. It absorbs the shock in your step...almost like Nike Shocks! I can't believe i haven't bought a wedge boot before...i most definitely will again. I got SO many compliments and "Where did you get those boots!" that i should just be a Steve Madden spokeswoman! They fit perfectly over leggings and surprisingly with boot cut jeans. I read a few reviews that said they were too tight to go over skinny jeans (not true in my case, worked perfect with skinny jeans, leggings and even tights...yes, i have been wearing them every day...) and i also read reviews that said they don't fit well under jeans either (again, in my case with my boot cut jeans they looked great). I have worn with a dress as well, so i would say they can be either dressed up or down, but they are more of a casual boot. I have not folded them over, but i'm sure it would work fine with the construction of the boot. Thanks again for a wonderful shoe Steve Madden!

" These boots are AMAZING in person. Some people thought the tassel was too much, but this is what drew me to the boots in the first place. I like that it looks Native American...i was planning to wear with dresses mainly. HOWEVER, my car broke down right when i received the boots, so i only had the pleasure of trying them on before i returned. I needed the money to fix my car. I just wanted to say how good they look in person, and they DO go over the knee. A lot of people wrote that they don't, but I'm 5"8 with very long legs, and they went over my knee. They are very well made too. CHRISTMAS WISH!!!

Just a little too clunky
" Maybe it's just because i haven't worn these shoes with the right outfit...but so far they just feel so clunky when i walk in them. The bottom is very slick, nothing that scraping against some concrete wouldn't fix, but i've almost fallen down three times walking in these b/c i slipped on tile or smooth wooden floors. They are VERY pretty though. The gold is metallic and looks very nice. The brown/bronze is a little darker than i wanted, but these are a very pretty pair of shoes. They are just a little heavy and clunky for my taste!

" I had been wanting some strappy heels like this for some time...i saw these online and LOVED. They came and i was so excited...tried them on right there and they were SO comfortable. " These Pumas are great. I thought they were going to be red, b/c the description on the website showed the color as "not available" so, when i received them and saw they were pink, i was disappointed at first. But they are like four dif. shades of pink, and they go with everything. I also wear an 8 &1/2 but these shoes make my feet look really small. I love them!
